Sarah first discovered Osteopathy in secondary school after receiving treatment herself, for posture-related neck and back pain. This began her interest in the profession and led her to complete the Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Health Science in Osteopathy at Victoria University.
Whilst studying, Sarah worked as a sports trainer at Cheltenham Football Club. It was here that she developed a specific interest in the management and prevention of common sporting injuries, through osteopathic treatment.
Since graduating with her Masters qualification, Sarah has gone on to complete further studies in dry needling and pregnancy. As well as having a particular interest in treating neck pain and headaches, she enjoys treating pre- and post-natal women (including the assessment and rehabilitation of pelvic floor, abdominal separation, and core strength) and loves helping them get back to feeling their optimal selves after giving birth.
When she isn’t at work Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, going to the gym, and planning her next holiday!
